Guardian Teacher Association

Guardian Teacher Association has been actively supporting all the academic and non- academic activities of Mar Osthatheos Training College, Perumpilavu since its inception in 2005. The role of GTA in the Educational Institutions is prominent in moulding students and achieve excellence in Education. This is the Forum where parents and teachers discuss various issues related to academic, non-academic and administrative matters; and it helps in the smooth functioning of the Institute.

GTA GENERAL BODY MEETING OF 19 TH BATCH

Intimated regarding the GTA General Body Meeting of 19 th Batch (Academic Session 2023-25) to all parents on 6 October 2023 and the same was held on 13 October 2023 at 1.30 p.m in the college auditorium. GTA Executive Committee including both teachers and parents was formed during the General Body Meeting. The Manager, Principal and all the teaching staff are the members of the GTA Executive Committee. The following are the Executive Members from the parents:-

GTA Executive Committee including both teachers and parents was formed during the General Body Meeting. Intimated regarding the PTA General Body Meeting of 12 th Batch (Academic Session 2016-18) to all parents on 29 August 2016 and the same was held on 03 September 2016 at 10 am in the college auditorium. PTA Executive Committee including both teachers and parents was formed during the General Body Meeting. PTA Executive Committee meeting - I was held on 29 March 2017. The Principal Dr. Limcy John (PTA President) explained regarding Initiatory Practice, Teaching Practice, Semester II exam, Field Work and Community Living Camp.
PTA Executive Committee meeting - II was held on 19 January 2018. The agenda for the meeting was Magazine, Study tour and Fund management.

PTA GENERAL BODY MEETING OF 13 TH BATCH

Invitation letter regarding the PTA General Body meeting of 13 th Batch (Academic Session 2017-19) was sent to all parents on 01 August 2016 and the same was held on 15 August 2017 at 10.30 am in the college auditorium. PTA Executive Committee including both teachers and parents was formed during the General Body Meeting. The Manager, Principal and all the teaching staff are the members of the PTA Executive Committee. The following are the Executive Members from the parents:-

PTA Executive Committee meeting - I was held on 26 March 2018. Teaching Practice and Community Living Camp included in the agenda were discussed in the meeting.

PTA Executive Committee meeting - II was held on 20 June 2018. The Principal Dr. Limcy John (PTA President) explained ongoing curricular and co-curricular activities in the college.

PTA Executive Committee meeting - III was held on 12 February 2019. The main agenda for the meeting was Study Tour and College Magazine.

PTA GENERAL BODY MEETING OF 14 TH BATCH

Invitation dated 23 July 2018 was sent to all parents regarding PTA General Body meeting of 14 th Batch (Academic Session 2018-20) and it was held on 28 July 2018 at 10 am in the college auditorium. PTA Executive Committee including both teachers and parents was formed during the General Body Meeting. The Manager, Principal and all the teaching staff are the members of the PTA Executive Committee. The following are the Executive Members from the parents:-

This is the report of the PTA of the last three academic sessions and explains structure of PTA Executive Committee and Executive Committee meetings during the academic sessions of 2016-18, 2017-19 and 2018-20.
